FEDERAL UNIVERSITY LAFIA 2016/2017 POST-UTME/ADMISSION SCREENING FORM IS OUT!

We hereby make this announcement for the benefit of those who choose Federal University Lafia as their choice of institution in the recently conluded UTME that the 2016/2017 admission screening is scheduled as follow:

Date:               Thursday September 15, 2016.

Venue:            Federal University Lafia, Take-off Site, Obi Road, Lafia - Nasarawa State

Time:               8:00 a.m.

1. Who is eligible for Screening?

Candidates who met all of the following requirements:

·         Selection of Federal University Lafia as their first choice in 2016 UTME.

·         UTME score of 180 and above.

·         Direct Entry Candidates who selected Federal University Lafia as their first Choice.

2.  Screening of Candidates: 

Eligible candidates for screening should come along with the following:

·         Original UTME result slip.

·         Original ‘O’ Level results (if available).

·         Diploma, IJMB and ‘A’ Level GCE results.

·         Evidence of payment (Bank Draft) of the ₦2,500 screening fee.

                                                                                                                      

3.  Method of Payment:

Eligible candidates for screening should procure ₦2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira only) bank draft in favour of Federal University Lafia.

1. UTME candidates are scheduled for screening on September 15, 2016

2. DE candidates are scheduled for screening on September 16, 2016

3. DE candidates will take a paper-based aptitude test

4. Electronic calculators or mobile phones will not be allowed into the screening area.

5. Candidates are to come with scratch cards (NECO, WAEC, NABTEB and 2-passport photographs.

6. Candidates are to come with their original/ photocopies of credentials as stated:

a. Birth certificate or declaration of Age

b. Indigene form/certificate of origin

c. O/Level results (if available)

d. JAMB Score Slip

e. Primary School Certificate

7. Candidates for Faculty of Science will be screened at the Permanent site (ICT building) of the University along Makurdi Road.

8. Candidates from the Faculties of Arts and Social Science would be screened at the Take-off site of the University off Makurdi Road, along Obi Road.
