ABU 2016/2017 ADMISSION LIST

    Ahmadu Bello University, ABU admission list for the 2016/2017 academic session is now available on JAMB portal.

The Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria provisional admission list that contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university various undergraduate programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.

ABU admission list has been successfully uploaded on JAMB portal.

You can check your status via www.jamb.org.ng

If you check your admission status and you are not admitted into ABU yet please don’t waste your time hoping your name will be out in the subsequent lists. Most times it does not and this has been the challenge of most aspirants. Move ahead of others and obtain your IJMB form which is the best thing you can ever do. With that your mind will be at rest because your admission into 200 level in ABU is certain.

Everything about admission for this year ends on the 30^th of November 2016. So there is no need to waste time waiting for another list after now. Hurry now and obtain your IJMB form before you lose it all.

The primary objective of IJMB is to make it possible for students to gain direct admission into 200level without Joint Admission Matriculation Board (J.A.M.B) examination. I’ll not be wrong to say I.J.M.B is designed to ameliorate problems of admission for candidates seeking admission into Nigeria University instead of JAMB.

IS IJMB REAL?

That is another good question. To be sincere with you, this is what most parents and ABU aspirants who are not aware of IJMB ask when they call our help desk. WHAT IS THE NAME OF YOUR IJMB CENTER?

ARE WE WRITING ANY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION?
There is no entrance examination before admission. IJMB is not like JAMB that requires series of examinations before being considered for admission into ABU. When you register with IJMB you are automatically a 1000 level student. The program last the period of 8months after which you will be issued the certificate to study the course you apply for in ABU. During this period you will be receiving lectures. You will be thought all the 100 level courses of your department in ABU. All these are put together to help you get acquainted with the university environment and curriculum which is where your course outline and syllabus is deduced.
