During this period that the list is been compiled is when JAMB determine cut off mark for post-UTME based on the performance of all the candidates. If those that score up to 200+ is more than those that score less than 200 the cut off mark will be 200 but if it happen the other way round the cut off mark will be reduce to the mark that will favour 70% of the candidates.
Not untill JAMB send the list of all Unical aspirants including yours(only if you chose Unical as your choice of institution) Unical can not conduct Post-UTME.
