The Honourable Minister of Education has approved the establishment of Uma Ukpai Polytechnic, Asaga, Ohafia, Abia State following a successful resource inspection visit by National Board for Technical Education to the institution and for academic activities to commence from the 2017/2018 academic session.

Consequently, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacancies on either full-time or part-time basis:

1.	Chief Lecturer/Principal Lecturers/Senior Lecturer	B. Sc, M. Sc. and Ph. D plus professional qualifications with at least lOyears cognate experience.
